Another red light company that I highly recommend. Their blue light glasses (kids options too!) and red light (and amber) night lights are absolutely incredible.
My boys have seen me with my red light glasses for years — now they can each have a pair of their own!

Epic Water Filters
I’m so grateful to have Epic Water Filters in our home. We use their Under the Sink Smart Shield daily(hourly, if we’re being practical), we take our EPIC water bottles everywhere with us and I even travel with their EPIC pitcher. Did you know that regular tap water contains pharmaceuticals, heavy metals and even viruses. Shocking right? I’m VERY grateful for this company and their intentional products.
