Orders take 3-5 days to process.

Once your package is placed in the possession of the United States Postal Service, Pretty and ProductiveTM will not be held responsible for any packages lost in transit or if your package has been confirmed via USPS as delivered. If you selected shipping insurance at checkout, you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for or STOLEN packages. Once you file a claim with USPS, the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time. 

USPS is the preferred shipping carrier. We will only be shipping orders out Monday-Friday. This means orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be dispatched on the following Monday so don’t panic if you don’t receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend!

PLEASE ENTER A COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS!! If an incomplete shipping address is entered and the package is sent back to Pretty and ProductiveTM. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated to both return to sender (Pretty and ProductiveTM) if any and to ship the order back out. At that time an invoiced will be sent to the customer to take care of those fees. If the customer refuse to pay the fees a refund will be issued for only half of the purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
